Home > Newchurch Awards > Safari Supper
An opportunity to meet new people in the village and catch up with others.
An evening where you will eat three courses in three different homes with 3 or 4 different couples.
Then, all participants are invited to the social club for cheese and coffee.
It is open to all residents in Newchurch
What is it NOT |
|
It is NOT "Come dine with me" It is NOT a competition of culinary skills. While some people like to experiment and surprise, a bought-in offering is no less acceptable. |
Do I provide wine? |
|
Wine is always welcome but quite optional With the prospect of driving between venues always a possibility for some then a soft drink should be available |
What if I really want to do it but I'm afraid I'll be drawn to eat with someone I don't get on with? |
|
We do not want any sensitivities of this kind to spoil your evening or prevent you from participating. Speak to the organiser directly and he will discreetly avoid that combination! |
What if I have any special dietary requirements? |
|
Again, speak to the organiser or note the requirement on registration. |
What if I live on my own? |
|||
You are welcome to take part on your own, or you could invite a friend (who wouldn't have to live in the village). |
|
How much does it cost? |
|
£12.50 per head. All monies raised go the Newchurch Fund. |
The organiser is Andrew Cragg
