Coffee Mornings In The Church

Coffee Mornings on Saturday morning between 10:30 and 12:30 on 6 th August 3rd September

10th September : For Kent Ride and Stride with lunches until 2pm

1st October : With Autumn Craft Fair  

8th October : Newchurch WI Coffee Morning in Church

3rd December : Christmas Themed Craft Fair and Coffee Morning

24th September 6pm for 6:30pm : Village Harvest Supper

16th October at 9:00am : Harvest Festival Service

24th December at 5:00pm : Carol Service. Child friendly with drinks and mince pies!

Doorstep Discovery Walk Leaflets Are Out Now ! 

Stuck with something to do with the whole family this coming summer? Why not grab one of our new Doorstep Discovery leaflets. Funded by the Fifth Continent Landscape Partnership, these family fun quiz trails will guide you to search for hidden answers to find out what your local Romney Marsh Landscape is all about. There are 5 walks to complete; Lovely Lydd, Discovering Dymchurch, New Romneys Revelations and Military Meander. They are all available to pick up for free at the Romney Marsh Visitor Centre and will be available to download soon. So why not grab your copy and get out exploring!

Breaching the Barrier is an exciting project that focuses on practical conservation, agriculture and heritage training and activities for people living in Romney Marsh and the surrounding villages. Our free skills training, courses and work-related qualifications increase the ability to secure employment in industries and services in Romney Marsh and its surrounding villages.

Good biosecurity is still vital in ensuring there are no more cases in kept birds and keepers are encouraged to continue to implement the biosecurity measures within the current AIPZ.
