2020 Meetings 

Notice of Meeting

An Ordinary Parish Council Meeting is to be held as a virtual on-line meeting on 1st June 2020 at 7.30pm via Zoom. Any member of the public wishing to attend as an observer may contact the Clerk Michael Sharpe in order to receive the joining details. Please email pcclerk@newchurchvillage.org by 7pm on the day of the meeting to allow for communication and set-up.


Annual Parish Meeting & Annual Parish Council Meeting

Due to Coronavirus COVID-19 restrictions, these Meetings have now been postponed . An update will be published when UK Government emergency restrictions on public meetings are lifted, or the Council is able to arrange a remote / virtual public meeting under the existing Regulations. In law, the deferral of the Annual Meetings may be up till May 2021.(Note added by Parish Clerk, 29.4.2020)
